It's been a while since the last post...so here's the latest!

I have been sidelined so to speak with continued pain in my feet , knees, and Charlie horses in my legs off and on since the last post.

Your prayers are greatly appreciated. There is so much to pray about these days with the Earthquake and all that is going on in different places that praying for me might be secondary! However, Say one for me when you can. I am still doing things here and there. I managed to give out some 1000 Pocket calender cards since October and thru Christmas. Distributed " Our Daily Breads" and even now continue to put out what I have left of the last shipment. I also have given out probably 200 Imprinted pens of the 450 in supply, with a Smiley Face and the imprint of "Jesus Loves You!" and Three of my websites on them. I tell you this as only a testiment of the power of God working through me to continue dispite a few challenges. I so want to continue to be obedient in all that the Lord would have me do. I don't know how good I am at discernment. So pray for me in this area. It is a Goal I believe of the Lord to Travel and put out 1000 Jesus Loves You! Smiley Tracts at Disneyworld. It's an easy assignment , but someone has to do it, I'm glad I am chosen to do so. It's just waiting on his supply for the funds to travel. I am so ready for a breakthrough in all areas of my life and want to do my part. The Smiley Tracts are already stamped with my blog and Gospel website on them. to make donations. I hit a snag about creating a website to do this. Pray about God's will in this area. I am just waiting on him, hopefully I am still in his timing. What if George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

What if George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

What if George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

What if George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

What if George W. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again 10 times within that year, would you have approved?

What if George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plan's holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have approved?

What if George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a

play in NYC, would you have approved?

So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all the above in just 5 months -- so be patient you've still got three years and seven months to come up with an answer.

Life goes on....

Life goes on! Whether your having fun or not! I said a few days ago on my ministry blog that I would be updating this blog. Well

it didn't happen till today, much later. I have been dealing with knee pain since my therapy on by legs. It affected my knees

and has caused the muscles around the knees to tighten. So I haven't felt like sharing my thoughts. I did however venture away

from the house with my mother to see the new movie " Julie and Julia". Dispite a little discomfort, I managed. It was much better

than working in the hot sun like I used to do cutting grass. On a different note, we need to pray! and pray some more! For this

Country and the direction of it's policies. The people, or at least the majority voted for change with Obama. Well guess what!

We are only seeing the tip of the iceburg. I don't agree with alot of what has been going on. Anybody can get in office and overturn

what the previous administration started. Whether or not it is good is the question. Well I hope this is the change everybody hoped for.

Obama sent us back to the dark ages in this country when he said at a speech, America is no longer a Christian nation. The Bible says:

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (Jesus Christ). That does not mean Obama is Jesus, or anybody else who holds the office. It is just we recognize Jesus as the one who gives our leaders direction throught the spirit and its people follow the Lord and Biblical principals. Obama with his statement has done away with the blessings of the Lord. I hope the Lord will look through the thoughts and words of a few and still bless us because of it's people, who call themselves Christian, and live by the bible to the best of there ability.

So pray! and pray some more!!! With that I want to leave you with a Song I like which says it all for the Christian, saved by grace.

How is everything in your part of the world?

I hope this blog entry finds you my reader doing well! I have been dealing with healing in my knees as of late. I had to have shots in both of them last week. It wasn't to fun! to say the least! things could be worse though. There was an old saying that I came across many years ago, which said " Eat a frog first thing in the morning and that will be the worst thing you do all day! Thank the Lord my knees are much better this week and I am walking more. I have found that God uses Doctors, and he will help give you knowledge to be a better consumer of Doctors and what they do. I have learned a lot from Bottom Line Personal Health books and newsletters. You can find this info at www.bottomlinesecrets.com/yearbook

I have personally been in the Hospital more times than I have wished my short 46 years. So now I try to be informed on every level.

My experiences with the Mental Health system has left much to be desired. A brain is a fragile part of the body and needs vitamins, fats, fish oils to help it function. I used to not eat a lot of fish, cut back on the fats at one time, and did'nt take vitamins. Taking Fish oil helps with Depression. I wish early on I had started a Fish oil regime. I have however gotten on these antidepressants. They are a little hard to stop or not easy. At least the Doctors say that. Not that I am addicted. It's just once you start, stopping them has adverse effects. Prozac put me into a Brain Coma. I didn't know where I was for about a week. Its called a Neurolyptic syndrome. Alot of Antidepressants have the potential to do this. I am praying that what I take now will not produce such again. Please know I am not advocating not taking antidepressants. However, be informed! The One drug they advertise so much on TV called- Abilify, has so many potentential side effects. It is a last resort I would ever consider! Pray about your Doctors and what they prescribe, Take your good basic vitamin and fish oils. I am planning on getting involved in a Health product by MLM, which is called Vemma Shots. It is Mangosteen juices and Acai juices. As well as other good things for your health and well being. Check back in the coming months and I will share with you a link of where to order this product through me. I have taken Mangosteen Juice in the past for myself. The good effects for your body are tremendous. It is a Southeastern Asia Fruit, It is not a mango. So check back for a link or info.

A update to my ministry and myself....

My thanks go out to those that have been praying for me and this ministry. I still need your prayers. It is actually a miracle that I am walking. God is still in the miracle business! Praise the Lord! My back has not wanted to cooperate with my hips. I honestly at times feel like I have been dropped off a three story building on my head. However, I am still walking! I just would like to go greater distances like I used to. Agree with me in prayer for the needed weight loss. I have tried a little of everything to loss weight, only to gain. I hope the Lord to just say the word and everything happens to begin the process of losing. There is something that is blocking the fat burning process. I used to get about 10,000 steps a day and maintain the same weight. I am on the surface healthy otherwise.
I thank the Lord my Blood pressure is great, Cholestral,Blood suger is perfect . I just started a new Liquid Vitamin that is available at Sam's Club. It only cost $12.58 a bottle for 32 days supply. It has a lot of good vitamins and Juices like Mangosteen, Acai, Goji, Noni,Blueberry. You might try it out if your looking to improve your health and wellbeing.

President Obama on his recent trip to Turkey told those assembled in a Speech that America was not a Christian Nation!
Granted we are a nation that is comprised of many nationalities and faiths, However, We were founded on Christian principles.
The bible says "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord" that doesn't mean the president is Lord by any means. However, it means we look to Jesus Christ . Pray for the President and our leaders! Now more than ever we need to seek our Christian roots and the Lord Jesus during these economic times. It is the only way that our country may continue to experience what blessings it may have for future generations. Should Jesus not come back for the Church as soon as expected.
On a different note I found this and wanted to share it with you.

During this current time in the nation and the world

1. Be Cheerful.

2. Smile at people

3. Call people by their names.

4. Be friendly and helpful.

5. Be nice and see the good.

6. Be generous with praise, love and money.

7. Be interested in everyone.

What's bugging you?!....

What's bugging you can either bring you closer to God, or drive you away. You have a choice. You can also either become bitter or better! I have chose closer to God and better not bitter. The last 25 years of my life have had it's challenges. From time to time it can drive you to your knees in prayer. Something I never knew until the troubles of life. I never knew the power of prayer and what it can do. I am still believing for a lot of good things to happen in my life. The bible says if you lose you life for Christ you will find it. I don't know how much more I can lose at this point. However even at some of my worst days, I've had it better than those living in improverished circumstances. I've had a roof over my head and plenty to eat, a car to drive and other comforts of life. And yes I've taken them for granted. Growing up I didn't know about homeless people in the U.S. until after highschool. Without my parents I don't know where I would have been. I am thankful to the Lord for allowing me to have parents that have helped me when I couldn't help myself. So what am I getting to after saying all this. Many years ago I let the voice of one employee in my Landscape maintenance business to help bring about the sale of my business. I had given my all to my business and employees. They were paid before I ever was, all the time.
However , I let this employee and his negative comments to influence the sale of a thriving company. I sold the business and went into Real Estate sales and made some other bad investments. I spent a little under two years in real estate only to lose it all. My health, my income was gone. If you have read this blog and some of its early entrys. I talk alittle about those times. So it comes down to this, Pray and seek God about your decisions. Do not let the voice of one and maybe a host others help make a decision. What is the Spirit of God impressing upon you. The bible says: Commit your way to the Lord and your thoughts will be established. Also many are the plans of man, however, God directs the steps. Commit your plans to the Lord and they shall succeed. If only I knew what the bible said in those areas of decision making, things might have been a liitle different. However, I had to go through some of those things to help change me. The bible says: My people perish due to a lack of knowledge. I hope I know now what I need to know.
I am always learning even now. I laugh and tell my parents I've pressed the easy button. Have you seen the Staples store easy button, you press it and it says "That was easy!" I've got one on my desk! My great nieces get a kick out of pressing the button and hearing it. I don't know what the Future holds, However, God holds the future! and future is as bright as the promises of God!
I've been through some of the diffuculties of life, I am looking for a brighter future in Christ! I pray that for you as well! Seek God While he may be found! Those that seek the Lord, shall lack no good thing!

yes, Several girls, not nearly as many as I wanted to!

No, If I had married so far, it would have been tough on a relationship with the health issues I've had.

I doing fine now, just hoping to loose weight and get in shape. I am healthy though! Thank the Lord!

Yes, A good many, many I would like to hear from.

Some of them.

5. Did you car pool to school?
yes, I drove my Jeeps in junior and senior year

6. What kind of car did you have?
A Volkswagen bug, A Post office jeep, and a Jeepster Commando

7. What kind of car do you have now?
Nissan Altima, I sold my truck

8. It's Friday night...where were you?
At the football game or out at Pizza Inn with friends

9. What kind of job did you have in high school?
I was self employed with a Landscape maintenance business, I did work a little part time at Sparko in Haysland Shopping center

10. What kind of job do you do now?
I'm the Founder of a Tract Ministry and online Ministry, Sharing the Gospel world wide online. I am praying and believing for a lot to come to pass as the vision for the ministry. Yes, I went with Kelly B. senior year. She asked me if I remember correctly.

I was a Photographer for the Imprint newspaper

15. What was your favorite subject?
The School newspaper

Photography

18. Did you participate in school sports?
No

19. What kind of student were you?
I was a fairly good student, but not straight A's. I'm Lucky I made it through most of the math!

20. Any favorite teachers?
Mrs. Sedenquist, Imprint and English Teacher and Mrs. Sparks, Art Teacher

21. Were you a party animal?
No. A little in College.

22. Did you ever get suspended?
No

23. Did you ever ditch class?
Yes, We had a Hall pass with Imprint- A Card to go anywhere, anytime!

I don't know if I learned anything my senior year, I would have to think further

25. Would you go back if you could?
Try to get to know more girls than I did, Not have Acne. I had a pretty bad case. To bad we didn't have Proactive skin cleansing then.

My acne probably interfered in getting to know some girls...

Waiting is the Hardest part!

I call myself waiting on the Lord. I really need a move of the Lord in all areas of my life. I am ready for my ministry and all the things
I believe is the vision to start lining up. Some of our websites need updating and to do it right, it is going to take some extra funds.
My website design expertise is limited to What you see is what you get designing, not raw HTML language. Pray for this ministry and it's supply and direction. I am also in hopes of hearing from more people about how our sites may have affected there life. We are getting hits from alot of points around the Globe. Last year we had a responce from Pakistan. All I know is at this point is to ask you to pray, I hope everything is going well in the lives of those who click by this blog and our sites. Santa fills your stockings with goodies.
JESUS supplies all your needs.

Santa comes down your chimney uninvited.
JESUS stands at your door and knocks.. and then enters your heart.

You have to stand in line to see Santa.
JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.

Santa lets you sit on his lap.
JESUS lets you rest in His arms.

Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy or girl, What's your name?"
JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our address too. He knows our history and future and He even knows how many hairs are on our heads.

JESUS has a heart full of love.

JESUS offers health, help and hope.

Santa says "You better not cry".
JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I care for you.

Santa's little helpers make toys.
JESUS makes new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions.

Santa may make you chuckle but
JESUS gives you joy that is your strength.

While Santa puts gifts under your tree,
JESUS became our gift and died on the tree.

It's obvious there is really no comparison.

We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about.

We need to put Christ back in Christmas.

Jesus is still the reason for the season.

May the Lord Bless and Watch over you and your loved ones this Christmas 2008

This morning I went to the Bank and was making a deposit outside. The Lady that waited on me told me I couldn't leave any pens in the money tube. Usually when I leave a outside bank tube, I have been leaving a ministry pen imprinted with our websites and the phrase "Jesus Loves you" imprinted on it for the next customer. The Teller lady said Her bank managers wife came up after me and found the pen and thought she was putting them in the tube. I did'nt intend for the teller to get in trouble, in fact I never thought of such! The Teller told them she hadn't been putting them in the tube. Granted the teller lady might not need to be putting them in there without the
approval of upper management. Of course I would probably be putting them with or without the approval of management. Especially if I thought the Lord wanted me to do it at work. The Bible says that in the Last Days, The Love of many shall wax cold. That is the whole purpose of my site www.livn4jc.com it has the "Jesus Loves you!" message on the first page. Don't be afraid to share the message of Love. Many people need it today!
I grew up not hearing my parents say I Love you! among our family. My mother said later about it, that you just knew. Well I knew my parents took good care of me, no doubt or complaint, and that was probably a sign of love.
But when I was at my lowest point in life, I needed to hear it from someone! That is why I have a Car tag that says "Smile God Loves you!" It was a tag like that meant the world to me many years ago. In Fact one time on my birthday I seen 8 tags through out the day that said that. Call it happenstance or whatever, I felt that God had made my day! Lets not limit how God may want to work in your life and the lives of others! If the banks would share 10 percent in tithes to the church or his work, they may be less likely to go bankrupt! I would welcome them giving to my ministry! We need it! and can put it to good use! Which brings up something, Pray for my ministry. I am so ready to go to a new level in ministry. There are things we need to continue. However, everything is in his time! I know that! I am in need of a Vehicle. Thanks for your prayers! A long Summer....

It's been a long summer, at least it seems like it! I haven't posted for a long while. I have had slow internet connections and really could'nt get into the control panel well for this blog on my dial up system. However as of this morning, a day before the election, that has changed. Praise the Lord I have moved up to a quicker internet connection with a 3G aircard for my laptop. Which means I can go anywhere and use my computer and make blog entries as well as at home. On a different note, I have been dealing with knees that are supposedly affected with Arthiritis. I have been where I couldn't hardly move! The Doctor gave me a shot in each knee! ouch! it worked and my knees are fluid again. We recently were able to go to the Chattanooga Aquirium and view the fishes. I had a great time with my Mom and Dad and my Nieces girls and Husband. It was a work out for my knees to say the least, I came back with knee pain that monday. It went away thankfully! The election is tommorow and I am looking forward to the process being over! I must admit to your I am a long time Republican, since the days of Ronald Reagan. I however am not voting for party tomorrow, but the Candidates and there policies. I believe the Lord is leading me to vote for McCain/Palin. And yes of course they are republican! But that had nothing to do with it this time. I don't believe you can practically buy an election through having so much money for campaign ads an a big showing. It's not and should not be about Celebrity status. Senator McCain has far more experience and has served our Country in the War and has proven to be a True American under harsh circumstances when he was in Vietnam. I believe he has the makings of a true Commander in Chief. Not a celebrity type profile ready for the likes of Hollywood. When Reagan ran, it was not about him being an actor in his past and having a celebrity presence. He stood for the business man and the freedom to choose. Tommorow follow your spirit lead, God guided choice for President! Pray seek God! I believe he has showed me already! If you vote democrat I will still call you friend! I hope you do the same for me! Praise God! He is in Control!

Well as they say in Australia! good day mate! or to my blog readers- good day friends! It has been a while since my last entry. I have been updating my ministry blog rather regular. www.jrsblogspot.com . If you haven't checked it out click by when you get a chance. I have been thinking about my next blog entry for a while now. I had one already typed out in another format, all I had to do was copy and paste into the blog software, however, that went with the system reformat I had to do, I had to completely wipe my hard drive, that blog entry was the only document that did not get backed up to disk. As I said from the beginning this blog would be about my life ongoing and the past. Maybe what I share with you will help you in your journey of life. I wish they had gave you book about basic life. There are things they don't teach you in high school, that should be required for every day living. They don't really teach you the reasons why you should not get involved in crime, however, I knew better about that. I knew I didn't want to do anything that involved the possibility of spending time in a jail cell. They are teaching that more now days with the Dare Program I think, however, I don't know that some are getting the message. A recent robbery of a local Subway was by a young, just out of school guy, that told the clerk, "I don't want to rob you, but I've got bills to pay!" My Question is what are you going to do next week or next month when the bills roll around again. You can only continue to rob and rob untill you eventually get caught! When I first got sick, I wanted to runaway. I didn't want any more responsibility! I no longer enjoyed the things I was doing,work or life. I did'nt know that my body and brain had went as far as it could go without proper nutrition and vitamins. I had worked 7 days a week in the landscape business since leaving high school till 25 I also had a good sized business, while in high school. So I believed in hard work. I just did to much of it. Got burn't out and I have been recovering ever since that last drink I spoke of in my last blog entry. That was the time I just wanted to run away. I thought about getting on a train and traveling to wherever it took me. I was already passing out Gospel tracts or leaving them wherever had traveled. At this point I really had not gotten into some of the teachings of the bible. I didn't know alot about sin, faith, and that Jesus was coming back for believers. I just wanted to share the Gospel! The plain and simple truth! what can be found atmy site for the lord at www.freegift4life.com , Jesus, is the World's Greatest Free Gift! He came for all our sin, Past, Present, & Future. He knows it all! and he knows you! He loves us so! that is why he came! When I was A Kid growing up, They always asked me to recite a bible verse in sunday school. It was almost always John 3:16, my favorite verse! Without the bible and some of the things that I've learned since that day in the fall of 1988 when I wanted to run away. I don't know where I would be, also if it had not been for my parents. I've found that God is in control when things in my life are out of control. I am believing as the T.V. Preacher Joyce Meyers says to take back "What the Devil Has Stolen". I am standing and believing with her and others in agreeing prayer for God to do that in his timing. For Restoration of all that has been lost-Physical and financial! If you need the same I am believing with your life as well! Today if you feel like running away in your own life, seek help from a pastor, trusted friend, Christian counselling, and remember to do the best you can with nutrition and exercise. Vitamins and walking on a regular basiscan do a body good. Fish Oil is great for the heart and brain function. From my time of graduating high school in 1981 to about 1990 I didn't take vitamins or supplements. I certainly wasn't eating right either. Pray for me As I pray for all my blog traffic. It is a rainy start to a weekend here in Huntsville Alabama, At least there is no tornado's or the prospect of any. Check back to this blog when you can, tell your friends and family. I am still in need ... of your prayers!

I have spent the night barely sleeping because of a violent stomach ache! Nothing seems to help, So here I sit at 4:30 am on the computer. These past three months leading up to Christmas has not been easy with some of the health issues I've had. I've had painful Prostitus, Feet pain, And a change in antidepressants that resulted with a weeks stay in the hospital. I will be sharing on this blog my experiences with the mental health system and how I first needed the help almost 20 years ago next fall. That last Drink I took back then was doosie so to speak. Or it could have been the drug Tagamet. A Drug I was taking back then for a burning stomach ache, something I am currently experiencing now. Burning and grumbling-violent ache in my stomach. I could double over in the floor as I type this, the pain coming and going. I would rather it go quickly! I have prayed for the Lord's healing, in fact I am speaking and confessing the bible verse " By his Stripes we are healed!" I met a man the other day and we talked, he said "be carefull what you pray for! you might get it! I recently had a blood test and everything was near perfect. So I did'nt have the dreaded C word! Thank the Lord! or that would have showed up. I hate saying the word Cancer. That is what my grandmother Lounell Crabtree died of back in 1973 if I remember the year correctly.
She had it in the throat or esphagus, may not be correct spelling. Anyway, we allways said it was sweet and low sweetner. She used to drink the diet soda "Tab" by the Case. Of course it was probably acid reflux as science has come to discover in recents years it can cause. I used to have a problem with acid reflux myself, however, I say that the Lord healed me of that some years ago. I don't get it after eating mexican food like I used to. I have had alot of those sweetner substitutes myself. I have read conflicking articles concerning all of them. I have just put it in Lord's hands anyway. I try not to use the sweetners to often. Oh, and on a continueing note while I brought the subject up. Tagamet the stomach drug that I mentioned earlier, I discovered mixing it with a common food product can result in Psycotic effects. I forget the common food product at this point, I wish I had kept the medical article.
It can probably can be found somewhere. Once they put you on anti-depressants and psycotic drugs the side effects from the drugs they put you on can produce the same thing which they were trying to prevent in the first place. I don't give to much wisdom or place to these Doctors of the brain. They are to quick to give out there meds.
In some respects I agree with what Tom Cruise said on the Today show With Matt Lauer. Not necessarily from a
Scientoligist point of view. But good old exercise could get a body and brain going again with the good side effects exercise can produce. At the time I had my first episode I also had not been getting any exercise. I had spent about a year and half with out any while selling Real Estate. I forgot to really take care of myself through eating right and exercise. I really did'nt think about it being needed for health and wellbeing at the time. I focused to much on career and getting ahead. It was kinda another one of my Dah! moments! What was I thinking!?
You need your health or you can let yourself and others that depend on you down. The use of eating Salmon and the effects of Omega 3's and Fish oil can go far when it comes to heart health and the Brain. Well I've said enough this blog entrie. Gotta Rest my mind and stomach! This morning I begin about a new addition to the sites I have on the web with the idea of this site being more
on a personal note and the things I have experienced so far in my journey of life. As of today I am 44 years old
since last September 1st, 07, my last birthday. I am a Christian seeking to live out God's Will for the rest of my life or till he comes back for all Christians to take them home. I hope my experiences as I share them with you will help you in your journey of life. I have been through much in my 44 years, I have known hard work and the agony of defeat in areas of my life that I found I had no control. I found God was in control when my world was falling apart.
I hope this blog will help you go around some of the same things that may come into your life and you are seeking a solution. Jesus and the bible really have all the answers not me. My experiences though may help you avoid some heartache in you own life.
